This cost is only for the office visit. Any additional services provided during the office visit will need to be paid for before leaving the office.
The self pay rate for Urine Drug Screens (UDS) performed in our office is $185.00.
The UDS samples will be sent for laboratory testing confirmation as required by
the Texas Medical Board.
American Pain and Wellness-Frisco, TX performs a large number of injections in office for acute pain and inflammation. The cost of these injections and medications are variable so please contact our office for total cost.
