An Open Letter To My Patients

It has been my great honor to provide medical care to the residents of Collin County and beyond over the past 25 years. Unfortunately, the economic environment has made it increasingly difficult to maintain a solo medical practice in Texas. Reimbursements continue to fall while expenses have skyrocketed since the pandemic. At this point, my business is no longer financially viable and I will unfortunately be forced to close the office effective December 31, 2025.

I have taken a new job out of state and will be moving my family to Oklahoma for a new opportunity.

Rest assured I will do my very best to ease your transition to the care of another provider. I have made arrangements with another practice, Pain Management of North Dallas,

to assume the care of my patients after the first of January, 2026 and they will be available to assume your care. I have known their doctors,

Dr Adeel Haq and Dr Muhammad Zulqarnain for years and they are well respected with the community, well trained, and personable. Their practice should be an ideal fit for your ongoing pain management needs, and they have offices in Frisco, Plano, and McKinney. They can be reached at 214 618 0853 to schedule appointments. You are welcome to begin the transition process immediately or continue with me through December and then transition.

Please know that it has been a privilege to care for you whether you have been a patient with the practice for only a few months or if you have been with me for decades.
